Education
Mr. Perlin completed his undergraduate work at The University of Miami where he graduated in 1979 with a degree in accounting. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982.
Work Experience
Upon graduating law school Mr. Perlin joined Northern Trust Bank of Florida where he was an estate tax specialist. As an estate tax specialist, Mr. Perlin prepared estate tax returns and assisted outside counsel in probate matters. In 1985 Mr. Perlin opened up his own law firm in Coral Gables.
