For more than 15 years, Shelley C. Booken has prided herself on guiding clients with tailored legal advice. Her goal is for each client to feel listened to and supported while navigating life’s transitions.

Shelley C. Booken focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and elder law. Shelley enjoys working with families of all kinds, advising them on the design and implementation of plans that meet their personal goals and maximize protection of their assets.

She also represents individuals in court on probate and guardianship matters and guides trustees through the trust administration process. During her prior work in family law, Shelley learned the importance of understanding her clients and being a patient adviser during challenging times.

Through her earlier work as a real estate attorney at a large law firm in New York, Shelley honed her skills in effective drafting and attention to detail. A native of South Florida, Shelley enjoys travel, the arts, community involvement, and spending time with her husband and three children.
