Founder and Principal

Brian C. Perlin is the founder and principal partner of Perlin Estate Planning & Probate.  Brian opened his law practice in Coral Gables in 1985, where it has remained for almost 40 years.  Always specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax minimization, asset protection and elder law, Brian is well versed in all matters of planning and administration, including the use of irrevocable trusts and other tax minimization vehicles.

As a Florida Bar board certified expert in both Wills, Trusts & Estates and Elder Law, combined with being a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, Brian provides unparalleled expertise and a smart, cohesive approach to his planning recommendations.  Throughout his career, Brian has represented thousands of individuals and small businesses in the creation of sound, tax-efficient plans, and has eased the burden of countless families through the probate and trust administration processes.  In addition, Brian advises clients on planning techniques for retirement, disability, guardianship, and special needs.  Brian believes in the importance of getting to know his clients on a personal level, and prides himself on his accessibility and on ensuring each client receives the highest level of service.  A long-time resident of Miami, Brian is the father of two adult children, and lives in Coral Gables with his wife, Wendy.
