Brian C. Perlin is the founder and sole principal of the Law Office of Brian C. Perlin, P.A. Brian opened his law practice in Coral Gables in 1985, where it has remained for over 35 years. Focusing his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax minimization and asset protection, and elder law, Brian prides himself on providing a peace of mind that comes with knowing one’s legacy is protected and one’s personal wishes fulfilled.
As a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in Wills, Trusts & Estate Law, Brian has represented thousands of individuals and small businesses in the creation of sound, tax efficient plans, and in easing the burden of the probate court process. As a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in Elder Law, Brian also advises clients on planning techniques for retirement, disability, guardianship and special needs. Brian believes in the importance of getting to know his clients on a personal level, and prides himself on his accessibility and on ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service. A long-time resident of Miami, Brian is the father of two adult children, and lives in downtown Miami with his wife, Wendy.
