Shelley C. Booken focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship and elder law. Shelley enjoys working with families of all kinds, advising them on the design and implementation of plans that meet their personal goals and maximize protection of their assets. She also represents individuals in court on probate and guardianship matters, and guides trustees through the trust administration process. During her prior work in family law, Shelley learned the importance of understanding her clients and being a patient adviser during challenging times, and she applies this experience to the time and care she takes with each family she represents. Further, through her prior work as a corporate attorney at a big law firm in New York, Shelley honed her skills in effective drafting and attention to detail, which she also applies to her work at Perlin Estate Planning & Probate. A native of South Florida, Shelley loves travel, the arts, being an active member of her community, and spending time with her husband and three children.
